I came to Paulo after a flare up of low back pain, with poor mobility/flexibility and with a desire to get fitter specifically for tennis. After little over three months following Paulo’s programmes my back pain is essentially gone, my flexibility has improved loads and his workouts have brought big improvements on the tennis court.

I’m 60 years old and had never used online PT’s so I was very sceptical about how I was going to get on. I have to say that being pushed to try something different and get out of my comfort zone was good for me. I have been pleasantly surprised.
Paolo created a weekly exercise programme and a daily stretching regime. I have a weekly call to discuss my progress and to set goals and discuss my general well being. This call can last as little as 10 minutes or on one occasion it was nearly an hour as I had had a few issues which he helped me resolve. Paolo observed me on video to make sure I was doing some exercises correctly and helped me adjust my form correctly.
I’ve now settled into the routine and am really enjoying myself. I’ve been amazed how I’ve adapted to this method of training and that is due to Paulo’s support and guidance. My flexibility and strength is improving week by week and most importantly I feel so much better.
