Paulo Oliveira Personal Trainer/Lifestyle Coach

I’ve been in the fitness world for more than 15 years, including my time as a competitive powerlifter. Through my own journey and working with clients, I’ve gained valuable experience in nutrition and rehabilitation. What really drives me is not just helping people lose weight and boost their self-esteem, but also assisting them in experiencing a life free from pain. My training routines are designed to make that happen, with a strong emphasis on moving correctly to avoid injuries. I’m genuinely dedicated to providing the necessary tools for a healthier, happier life, and I understand the importance of this on a personal level.

I can create a personalized diet plan specially designed around your lifestyle and I offer regular consultations and analysis regarding body fat, blood pressure test, and diet.

I 100% recommend Paulo. He is a high energy coach who is committed to his clients’ success. He will tailor your program to meet your needs—strength, mobility, injury prevention etc. As a former competitive athlete, I appreciate that Paulo designs creative programs to push me hard. Very hard. Many PTs care about their clients and achieving results—but Paulo truly excels!

I started working with Paolo about 2 months ago. I have been struggling to regain my fitness following an operation on my shoulder. My brief to Paolo was to help to restore my fitness , build back strength in my shoulder and me feel well again.I’m 60 years old and had never used online PT’s so I was very sceptical about how I was going to get on. I have to say that being pushed to try something different and get out of my comfort zone was good for me. I have been pleasantly surprised.Paolo created a weekly exercise programme and a daily stretching regime. I have a weekly call to discuss my progress and to set goals and discuss my general well being. This call can last as little as 10 minutes or on one occasion it was nearly an hour as I had had a few issues which he helped me resolve. Paolo observed me on video to make sure I was doing some exercises correctly and helped me adjust my form correctly.I’ve now settled into the routine and am really enjoying myself. I’ve been amazed how I’ve adapted to this method of training and that is due to Paulo’s support and guidance. My flexibility and strength is improving week by week and most importantly I feel so much better.I would definitely recommend working with Paolo he’s very knowledgable and really motivational .

Paulo is the best. Incredibly knowledgable, experienced and technically precise. He will push you and stretch you safely and with a big smile. You will not regret taking him on as your PT. Highly recommended, whatever you fitness level, age or objectives.

Paulo is the best trainer I have had. Originally started with getting guidance on lifting form (for which he is technically extremely strong) and then realised through his insights that I had various weaknesses I needed to address. His deep knowledge has ensured trying out different exercises to address my needs, and selecting the ones that are best suited. His approach is also very motivating. Highly recommended.
